Riverview Resort - South Yarmouth

I enjoyed the clean and well-maintained common areas, especially the beautiful outdoor garden by the river. It provided a lovely spot to relax and watch the local wildlife.

More attention to front desk service would help.

The room is reasonably large and there are particularly nice views of the Marina on the river. There is variety of great food for breakfast. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the excellent and affable staff. It has favourable and perfect location to see Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf.

Booked a room with great views of the marina and river. The good and fantastic location was not very far from Pirate's Cove Mini Golf.

The scenery by the river was beautiful and relaxing.

There were bugs on the walls near the light by the bed . The front desk staff was often unavailable or distracted, difficult to get assistance. The communal areas felt outdated and uninviting.

Free parking was convenient. Indoor pool was nice, but the fitness center was tiny.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities!

The common area with a pool table provided a fun space to unwind. Enjoyed evenings by the river, imagining summer boating! Future guests should try the kitchen for late-night snacks.

The suite at Riverview Resort felt spacious with its two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchenette came in handy, especially for late-night snacks. I loved the lawn area behind our rooms, complete with Adirondack chairs. It was relaxing to watch boats sail by the inlet. The front desk staff gave a warm welcome and were very accommodating when I decided to extend our stay. On the downside, the dresser had an odd odor, uncomfortable to store my clothes, and the remote in the bedroom was sticky due to humidity. While the indoor pool looked fantastic, we didn't get a chance to use it. The laundry facilities were clean and very useful. The relaxing atmosphere and beautiful grounds stood out . Improvements could be made regarding the odor in the room and maintaining the remote controls better.

The stay was great, particularly with the spacious two-bedroom suite which came equipped with a kitchenette. I especially enjoyed the beautifully manicured outdoor area that offered Adirondack chairs to relax and watch the boats sail by. Plus, the playground was a hit with the kids! Having so many family attractions nearby was a huge bonus during our visit.

The riverview resort was a good stay with friendly staff and a good indoor pool. We enjoyed the lovely picnic area surrounded by nature and the laundry facilities were quite handy too. Perfect spot for leisure walks to nearby attractions (like the beach)!

We enjoyed cocktails, games, and barbeque by the river. The outdoor yard games were fun, and the nearby beaches and biking spots. The staff was friendly and super accommodating, we had everything we needed.

One downside was the unfriendly service at the front desk. It was a bit off-putting, especially when we needed help with some inquiries.

Would recommend for a mini-break over the weekend

Spacious room, beautiful grounds, with lovely views of the river were highlights of our stay, along with convenient access to the beach just a four-minute drive away and several restaurants within easy walking distance.

Everything was just perfect.

The food was good with a nice variety of options. the location was very convenient for walking to Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf.

Everything is perfect here! Had a very relaxing stay for our 2 night visit. - the hotel has a perfectly comfortable location right on the marina. - We loved the view of the river.
